Casoncelli alla Bresciana
FRESH FILLED EGG PASTA:

PASTA INGREDIENTS:50%: “00” WHEAT flour, durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS 20%, water, added salt max 2%.
STUFFING INGREDIENTS:50%: vegetal broth (water, salt, potato, yeast extract in powder, dehydrated vegetables (onion and carrot in varying proportions)), Monte Veronese DOP cheese (MILK, rennet, salt), breadcrumbs (“0” WHEAT flour, water, olive oil, salt, MALT, yeast), Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (MILK, salt, rennet), EGGS, butter (MILK), parsley, nutmeg, black pepper, garlic.

Consume after cooking. Boil in salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and season.
Store at +4°C ±2°C. Once the pack has been opened keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Do not perforate the packaging.
