Our story began with a small store in the centre of Salò, on Lake Garda.
Today the artisanal pasta factory covers an area of 2,300 square meters, with high-tech equipment and machinery specifically designed and manufactured for Gaetarelli.
We grew with full respect for the ethics and values that have been the foundation of Pastificio Gaetarelli's laboratory since its very beginning in 1964: respect for raw materials, tradition and the land; and craftsmanship, safety and special attention to employees, who are administered regular and systematic training.
